Yes. All three levels are completed in the same review. The Review report separates the suggestions by level, so you can mark each suggestion Include or Exclude independently.

1 credit covers up to 10 characters. Spaces, punctuation, numbers, and letters in the extracted manuscript body all count. We divide the total by 10 and round up to the next whole credit. The standard top-up price is $9.99 per 10,000 credits, enough for up to 100,000 characters, before a 7–20% volume discount based on purchase size.

Monthly plan credits do not roll over. They can be used only during the current billing period and expire when that period ends. Top-up credits remain available without an expiry date.

You can request a full refund within seven days of payment if none of the credits from that purchase have been used. If some credits have been used, the used portion may be deducted at the actual unit price. Once manuscript processing has begun and a customized result has been generated, refunds may be limited to the extent disclosed at checkout and permitted by applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within three business days.

Moving to a higher monthly plan starts a new billing period when the full monthly price of the new plan is paid. Credits from the previous plan remain available until their original expiry date, while the unused portion of the previous fee is not refunded or offset. Annual upgrades keep the existing renewal date and prorate the price difference and added credits over the remaining term. A downgrade within the same billing cycle takes effect at the next renewal. Moving from monthly to annual takes effect immediately, with the unused monthly value prorated against the annual price. Direct or scheduled changes from annual to monthly are not supported; contact Support if you need help before the annual term ends.

The international manuscript-use and model-training terms have not yet been approved. Do not upload production or confidential material until the approved Privacy Policy states how content may be used.
