Pro features, priority processing, and style guides remain available through the current billing period. Remaining plan credits can be used until that period ends.
A separately approved annual-plan refund would be calculated after delivered service and used credits are deducted.

Your subscription ends
New plan credits stop. Unused plan credits expire when the billing period ends. Your 30,000 top-up credits remain available without expiry.

Your account, reports, and Library remain available. You can start another subscription with the same account.
